Creative Designer

We are looking for a Creative Designer who will be responsible for the Graphic Design & Motion Graphic Design at Apparat. Whilst creating modern assets for products and working hand in hand with the product teams, you will be responsible for all creative design output ensuring timely delivery of all assets and that all work is of the highest quality.

You will be instrumental in building a portfolio of world-class iGaming products by providing consistent brand communication across all touch points.

Tasks

Reporting to the CPO and working alongside a team of heroes, you will be responsible for:
**General Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in stakeholder and internal meetings, contributing creative input
- Perform quality control checks on work prior to the release of our projects
- Ensure that execution is consistent and compliant with all relevant brand standards
- Responsible for all external designers
- Provide creative execution and/or production for all assigned projects
- Maintain an overview of all the Creative & Motion Design work on the Jira Board
- Encourage and promote best practices are followed across the team
- Always on top of the latest design trends to ensure the team and our products are modern and pushing boundaries
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of commercial channels

**Technical responsibilities**:

- Able to create, edit produce & collaborate effectively across disciplines such as branding, copy, motion graphics, UI, UX, and presentation development
- Create graphic assets, key visuals, icons, illustrations, and ideas for our product needs:

- Responsive Product UX
- Promotional Assets for our products
- Social Media assets
- Merchandise
- Brand Identity
- Corporate Website & Landing pages
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually improve quality
- Take care of our corporate branding
- Stay curious and updated on the latest design trends
- Dive easily into new software and platforms

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of experience working in a graphic design-oriented role
- Experience in working within the online gaming industry is considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of design software such as Adobe Suite, Figma and/or Affinity software
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS and motion graphics software / plugins
- Ability to always think of the bigger picture, longevity and effort vs output
- Demonstrated passion for high-energy execution and problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and keep members engaged
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Video editing skills are a bonus
