The Design System is an instrumental tool at Vinted for ensuring efficient development, high-quality standards, and maintaining consistency. As our new Product Designer, you will be focused on delivering better tools to our users - ~100 designers and engineers.

You'll work alongside other design system Designers and 5 Engineers and collaborate closely with Vinteds' designers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers.

**In This Position, You'll**:

- Join our Design System team to be the voice of our users, define their needs and goals, lead the design of high-impact patterns, component designs, and cross-cutting features of our Vinted design system;
- Become an authority on Vinted design language, setting standards for our design system and how systems thinking is embedded in Vinted design practice;
- Provide regular design feedback to other designers and engineers working with, implementing, and contributing to our design system;
- Contribute to design systems documentation, training, and onboarding;
- Be part of a Design Operations domain and report to the domain Design Director;
**About You**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and shipping cross-platform experiences, from the web to native mobile;
- Experience in building or contributing to the design systems;
- Interaction design, visual design, and evaluative user research skills;
- Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English;
- You are an expert in Figma;
- A strong collaborator with engineers and other designers;
- **Bonus**: Know your way around code (HTML/CSS/Javascript);

We want people to work from where they're most comfortable, which is why we're using a hybrid workplace model at Vinted for the foreseeable future.

Hybrid means that we encourage working from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the remainder of your time from either home or the office, but it's not required. You're welcome to work from either location all or some of the time, depending on what you think is best and safest for you, and how the Covid-19 situation is developing where you are.

The salary range for this position is **4604€ - 5687€** €** (gross) per month.
