The team behind Soundscape app Endel just launched an ambient record label called SOURCES. 

We are looking for a Senior Designer (50% role) to help shape the visual identity of our new ambient music label "Sources". You'll work closely with content, marketing, and our artists and liaise with Endel's art director to ensure continuity while evolving the label's look and feel.

This role spans both concept and execution, across static and motion design. For each release, you'll collaborate with artists and the content lead to define how the music should be visually presented, and bring those ideas to life across social campaigns, newsletters, website assets, (sometimes album artworks), YouTube visualizers. Beyond releases, you'll contribute to the ongoing development of the label's design language, ensuring it is coherent, distinctive, and aligned with the brand strategy.

The label already has a clear visual direction, and part of your role will be to continue and build on it while also bringing fresh ideas and new design formats. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team (A&R, Content, Marketing, Operations) and will have the chance to balance creative input with hands-on design and animation work.

You should be based in Berlin and fluent in English.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop visual campaigns for artist releases together with content/marketing teams
  • Design and animate assets: socials, newsletters, web, YouTube visualizers, (artworks)
  • Collaborate with artists on how their releases are visually presented
  • Liaise with Endel's lead designer to continue and evolve the current art direction
  • Maintain and evolve the label's visual identity and design system
  • Explore new design and animation formats to strengthen storytelling

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in design (music/media/culture preferred)
  • Strong portfolio across brand, campaign, and digital design with animation work
  • Proficiency with design + motion tools (Adobe CC, Figma, After Effects or similar)
  • Ability to balance creative ideas with execution
  • Based in Berlin, fluent in English
