- The purpose of this role is to lead the development, implementation and oversight of the third party risk management (TPRM) program. This includes global governance of the program and operational responsibility to execute the program end to end to meet business continuity, legal/regulatory requirements, and reputational aspects

- Lead TPRM strategy, governance and operational implementation end-to-end
- Develop global standards and implements buy and sell side risk management systems and performance standards in accordance with external laws and regulations
- Manage the operations team and risk experts (TSA, own or outsourced)
- Develop goals, targets, KPIs and key controls related to TPRM
- Provide reporting to management, internal key stakeholders and external regulatory
- Maintain contact to the Divisions / Organizational Functions and ensure that there are clearly defined objectives which are in line with the strategic objectives

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University Degree in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Business Administration, Finance
- English full professional proficiency
- 8+ years of previous experience in the ERC space, ideally with past experience in TPRM
- Global, Regional and/or Local Experience in healthcare industry, preferably in a significant business role, i.e. leadership positions on Global projects across different geographies, functions, and business units
- Solid knowledge of industry dynamics and trends in society, ability to represent Sandoz externally on risk management topics
- Strong leadership skills and capacity to serve as a role model
