We are looking for a Global Head of Process Management, based in Munich.

**Your Team**
The Global Process Management team owns end-to-end process improvement at AGCS, to drive efficiency and customer service delivery through one globally coordinated approach, productivity management and for multiple cross-functional processes and systems.

**The Impact You Will Have**
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Global Head of Process Management (GPM) is responsible for setting the strategy for the department as well as enables delivery programs with tangible quantifiable productivity improvements based on company priorities. Playing the role of a true Business Partner,, the Global Head of GPM will manage the aggregation & prioritization of business demand for changes to processes and structures with business stakeholders. This role will also champion results-based sustainable productivity improvements, enabled by extensive Celonis process mining and appropriate use of Smart Process Automation (SPA), plus standard process improvement disciplines.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**
- Steering demand management of Process management priorities across all functions
- Owning process improvement and acceleration of ACM implementation for Lines of Business in alignment with BMT roadmap (process harmonisation, task transfers, handover standardization, targeted/local improvement initiatives).
- Driving Process Mining adoption and process sustainability at AGCS enabled by Celonis.
- Steering central process “governance” body - minimum standards for process documentation, Adonis ownership, process control framework, process ownership model, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) standards, Global Central Repository.
- Working closely with Business Model Transformation colleagues and/or other stakeholders to determine global and local requirements and develop relevant materials to inform decisions.
- Creating and maintaining Business Architecture and Process Change Management Blueprints by collaborating with relevant functions to ensure strategic alignment and optimal investment portfolio outcomes
- Driving measured and valuable outcomes to support AGCS productivity improvement and drive Productivity Dialogues.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity across the organization by utilizing benefits inherent to the Integrated Commercial set-up: Global Scale and Shared Expertise
- Creating a Global Productivity Playbook of productivity levers.
