**How you can contribute**:

- As a Field Sales Representative in charge, you will take responsibility for managing sales and margins for our medium-sized and large cloud software solutions in Western and Central Europe.
- Identify and develop strategies to commercialise our new cloud software products and services across established and emerging market segments.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve growth in specific market segments.
- Conduct in-person visits to qualified potential customers, fostering new business relationships and opportunities.
- Ensure satisfaction and retention of key accounts through proactive management and personalized service.
- Utilize the CRM system diligently to maintain accurate records and provide informed insights during monthly sales calls.
- Attend various marketing events, including conferences and webinars, to establish and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Gather and provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to support marketing strategies and product development initiatives.

**Your Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in the field hydrology and/or meteorology or equivalent qualifications.
- Additionally, you should demonstrate a hunter mentality, engaging in proactive business development with a focus on outcome-oriented sales activities.
- Strong communication and networking skills are required.
- Experience in the tender business is a plus.
- Possess the ability to evaluate sales efforts against expected benefits and sales volumes, showcasing good time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office is a must.
