Sales Operations Specialist

**Your Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **
- ** Reporting Management**: Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- ** Ensure Correct Use of SFDC**: Oversee the proper use of SFDC, ensuring that all sales processes, including close plans and MEDDPIC qualification, are accurately documented and adhered to.
- ** Prospect Target List Generation**: Utilize market research and sales data to generate prospect target lists for sales representatives, enabling them to effectively prioritize their outreach efforts.
- ** Coordinate with Product and Marketing**: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales assets, including presentations, case studies, and collateral, to support the sales process.
- ** Administrative Tasks**: Manage various administrative tasks such as SharePoint management, contract management, and other ad-hoc tasks to support the sales operations function.

**Your Skills**:

- ** Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- ** Experience**: Proven experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- ** Strength**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- ** Soft skills**: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Tools**: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and contract management systems is a plus.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus.
