Executive Assistant CEO/CFO (m/w/d)

To further professionalise and increase the efficiency of our top management, we are looking for an experienced and confident Executive Assistant (M/F/d) to the CEO/CFO, who will support the operational and strategic day-to-day business at the highest level.

**Your tasks**- comprehensive support of the CEO in day-to-day business- assist with general tasks, including scheduling appointments, calendar maintenance, travel planning, and expense management- coordinate board meetings and draft and review meeting notes and documentations- responsible for manageing the agenda of the CEO- conduct in-depth analyses, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations on various topics- organize internal and external events- represent the company while having exposure to customers and cooperation partners

**Your profile**- completed university studies in business administration or a related field or commercial education with further education- several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar- experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality- very strong organizational and time management skills- passionate team player with a mindset for cross-functional and system-wide thinking- ability to act autonomously and prioritize topics and projects- excellent communication skills in both English and German
