**Aufgabe**
- Supporting the Global Head of Center of People Solutions in operational and strategic tasks of the day-to-day business
- Leading projects that support the set-up of a Service Organization
- Preparation of concepts and decision papers, as well as speeches and presentations for e. g. BoM, SteerCo, Regional and Divisional business meetings
- Careful collection, evaluation and preparation of information for decision-ready analyses/decision papers
- Execution of or assistance with conceptual tasks and strategic issues
- Execution of or support in the preparation and follow-up of projects
- Close cooperation with the global People Leadership Team, Center of People Solutions Leadership Team and the regional HR managers

**Qualifikation**
- Several years of experience in strategic HR projects
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the international HR environment of TÜV SÜD or consulting background
- Ability to present even complex issues and contexts in a concise, clear manner, both verbally and in writing, coupled with a high level of solution orientation
- Flexibility, creativity and ability to work and think independently
- Strong skills in implementing strategic initiatives combined with discretion, confident manner and assertiveness
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with complexity & uncertainty
- Business fluent in English
- Open to international travels
