**Tasks**
- Content Strategy & Planning: Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content production across all platforms
- Editorial Excellence: Lead the editorial team in crafting well-researched, accurate, and engaging written content. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and editorial standards, maintaining a consistent voice and tone
- Web Content & SEO: Direct the webpage team in creating and optimising website content. Implement SEO best practices in alignment with the Digital Marketing CoE to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic
- Translation Management: Oversee the Translation Manager and ensure high-quality translation and localisation of content for global audiences. Maintain rigorous quality control standards for all translated materials
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the other Creative and Publishing Hub Sub-functions and the Marketing Business Partners to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives. Provide content-related guidance and support to other departments. Work closely with the Digital Marketing CoE and Sales and Marketing Technology team
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with content trends, digital media innovations, and best practices. Introduce new content formats and approaches to engage and expand the audience base
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Establish content KPIs and track performance metrics. Analyse content effectiveness and audience engagement, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of Website and Content experts and Content coordinators. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Develop and implement a skill enhancement plan for the team members

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate expertise in editorial management, web content development, and SEO
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and audience analytics. Agency background preferred
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentorship and development. Global mindset and flexibility to lead in different cultural contexts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Experience in different market segments and industries preferred
- Proficiency in content management systems (Sitecore preferred) and analytics tools. Strong understanding of AI tools and their applicability in content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital media
