- Head of International Outreach (M/F/d)
- (full time; 38.5 hrs./week; unlimited)
- Your responsibilites:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with international organizations, universities, agencies, schools, and government bodies to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.-
- Develop and implement an international outreach strategy.-
- Identify key markets and target audiences for expansion, considering cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.-
- Represent Constructor University at international conferences, workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote its brand and services.-
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.-
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing materials, training programs, and resources for specific international markets.-
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.-
- Track and analyze international market data, including customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.-
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials for international audiences.- Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. A higher qualification will be a distinct advantage-
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant work in a university.-
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in international partnership development, marketing, or a related field. Preferably in a university environment.-
- Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement-
- Experience representing an organization at international conferences, workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, or industry events.-
- Knowledge of the global higher education landscape.-
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.-
- Distinctive analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.-
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.-
- Well-developed presentation and public speaking skills-
- Ability to travel internationally extensively.-
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.- What you can expect at Constructor University:
