Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "Procurement" in the north of Bremen as Head of Procurement (M/F/d) Your responsibilities: - Implementing strategic objectives in the Purchasing and Warehouse areas and supporting change processes and initiatives.- Identifying and realizing cost-saving potentials through efficient process management and optimized procurement strategies.- Ensuring the orderly and timely execution of daily business activities in the Purchasing and Warehouse departments.- Efficiently controlling and optimizing relevant processes and supporting cross-departmental decision-making.- Managing and developing the Purchasing and Warehouse departments, including setting, communicating, and tracking goals.- Providing disciplinary leadership, task delegation, and coaching for employee development.
