Head of EPC
Your future tasks:

  • Lead the EPC and PMO functions, setting clear direction and aligning all project activities with business goals.
  • Define and improve global project delivery standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Support and empower functional leaders to manage their teams effectively and deliver strong results.
  • Oversee project risks, resources, and performance across the full project portfolio.
  • Act as the main point of contact between project teams, senior leaders, JV partners, and key suppliers.
  • Resolve complex, cross-functional EPC and PMO issues that require executive involvement.
  • Represent EPC and PMO in strategic planning, governance meetings, and executive forums.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, preferably in offshore wind or renewable energy.
  • Proven ability to lead other leaders and manage large, multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong expertise in EPC project execution and governance across all project phases.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering large capital projects under international standards and commercial frameworks.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to link project execution to long-term business objectives.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and decision-making skills at senior and executive levels.
  • Deep knowledge of construction, procurement, project management, and project controls.
  • Solid financial, contractual, and risk management capability with a strong performance focus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, willing to travel internationally (additional languages are a plus).
