Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "Housing" in the north of Bremen as a Head of Housing (M/F/d) (full time; 38.5 hrs./week; unlimited) Your responsibilities: - Independent management and coordination of the "Housing" department- Responsibility for the conceptual and operational development of the department- Planning the utilization of existing and future capacities- Active design of change and development of different processes, in areas such as on and off campus housing capacities, locking system & "Mealplan"- Work closely with Vice President of Operation and Real Estate on strategic Housing related topics- Collaboration on cross-departmental projects Your qualifications: - Several years of professional experience and comprehensive expertise in the field of residential care and/or lodging in the hotel industry or student housing- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong implementation skills and excellent communication skills- High degree of team spirit and flexibility- Service-oriented handling of customer complaint- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken What you can expect at Constructor University: - The result counts: trust working hours for work-life balance- Individual on-boarding, career - and development planning- Company fitness program offers with EGYM Well Pass (former Qualitrain)- Green campus with recreation areas, take the tour: - Constructor University has extensive programs on sustainability and environmental sustainability If you like working with happy, enthusiastic colleagues, you'll enjoy your career with us
