We want to make use of the full spectrum of opportunities offered by the increasing global efforts to decarbonize our electricity system.

Since going public in 2019, we have built a 159 MW portfolio of renewable power plants, acquired a stake in the IPP clearvise AG, and secured priority access to a pipeline of 5 GW of solar and battery storage projects.

We grow continuously. Become a part of Tion. Our team is currently looking for an intern/working student for two to six months for Operations & Digitalization.

**In your role, you will**:

- Play a vital role in the organizational buildout of a rapidly growing stock exchange listed company
- Drive the company in its efforts of becoming a highly digital and efficient platform for project developers
- Develop and operationalize initiatives towards digitalization, quality, efficiency and operational excellence
- Directly interact with the management board, departments and stakeholders to define and establish processes and digitalization initiatives
- Assist the management board in day-to-day tasks and be actively involved in a wide range of topics
- Take responsibility and run your own projects from initial research to implementation

- Ideally, but not required: Work experience in fast-paced, demanding environments (management consulting, startups, big tech)
- Passion for renewable energy, business development, process optimization and digitalization
- The ability to break down complex issues and communicate them effectively
- An entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven personality and a team player mentality
- Knowledge of programming languages are considered a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
