**Responsibilities**:

- Duration of training: 3 years
- As a digitalization management assistant, you combine commercial expertise with IT know-how and know how to derive economic benefit from digitalization
- You manage the digitalization of business processes and make the company fit for the future
- Experienced trainers accompany you right from the start and also prepare you step by step for your field of work after completing the training

Qualifications:

- In addition to the cover letter and curriculum vitae, please also enclose the last two school reports and, if applicable, further reports or certificates
- Successful completion of secondary school with good grades in German, English, mathematics and computer science
- Great interest in business processes and interrelationships
- Enthusiasm for new information and communication technologies
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, independence, team spirit, creativity, flexibility, willingness to learn and good manners
