The Team:

The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations. This role reports to the Lead Creative Operations & Resource Management.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support our team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, with a focus on budget tracking, resource planning, and process improvements. You will work closely with different teams to help keep marketing operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The work you'll do:

• Budget Governance: Help update budget tracking tools and support the team in keeping financial data accurate by working with budget owners and the finance department.
• Capacity Management: Assist in collecting and organizing data to help identify workload constraints in our marketing production process. Help generate reports that reflect current production metrics.
• Intern Management: Support Marketing intern management processes, including data import and governance in as well as intern request approvals in coordination with the HR team. 
• Process Optimization and Documentation: Support the team in rolling out new tools and processes by helping with setup, testing, and documentation.

The qualifications you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
