Passionate about systems engineering and interested in creating systems architecture for intelligent cars?
We are looking for you to support our area Passive Safety & Sensorics (PSS) at the location Regensburg.
As part of the “Safety and Motion” business area we link driving dynamics sensors and surrounding sensors with passive safety systems.
Thus, we can develop effective integrated safety concepts. Innovation is our daily business.
Your tasks as a System Architect (M/F/diverse) will focus on the following activities:
Design and document the system architecture
Decomposition of system architecture to discipline requirements and assignment of physical components
Ensure that the architecture satisfies all given requirements
Consider functional safety and security & privacy aspects
Moderation of the process in cooperation with all involved disciplines (e.g. HW, SW, testing)
**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in electrical engineering, information technology or equivalent qualification
Very good knowledge of system/product architecture methods
Very good knowledge of requirements analysis and validation techniques
Good knowledge of the requirements engineering process
Experience with architecture and requirement management tools (e.g. Doors, Rhapsody)
Knowledge on the overall system, the physical components, and the domain component as well as the function interfaces
Technical understanding of the architecture (system, SW & HW)
Design techniques and methods
Knowledge of system integration
Knowledge about product safety & security topics
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Ability to communicate with requirement engineers, project managers and project team (for global and international teams)
Capability to analyze technical problems
Ability to abstract and simplify
