Your main area of responsibility is the technical evaluation of customer requirements in the field of electrical engineering, the creation of technical concepts, the necessary project planning and lead of project teams
**Your new responsibilities**:
- Technical leadership of the project team and strong networking with other engineering disciplines
- Functional lead and coaching of project team mebers
- Project planning and tracking of tasks throughout the full project development cycle
- Reviewing and releasing hardware architecture relevant requirement, organization of Schematic Review, Layout Reviews, Design Reviews
- Overall responsibility for HW deliveries in project
- Presentation and technical discussion of the results - also in front of the supplier and customer
- Conception & development of circuit designs, schematics and layouts for different components
- Market scan concerning new materials and technologies
- Supporting the sales-team for quotations and budgetary estimations
**Your qualification**:
- Academic degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent field of studies
- Long-term experience in automotive electronic business, especially in the field of power electronics and high voltage
- Deep experience in relevant tools like Zuken, Spice and ECAD is needed
- Business fluent English language skills written and spoken and basic German language skills
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Structured way of working and high customer orientation
