**Aufgaben**:

- You are responsible for the global inventory management of thyssenkrupp Aerospace and control the inventories using relevant key figures (Material availability, DIO, BCF, etc.) across the various national companies and thus across the entire organizational unit
- You will also work intensively on the development and optimization of warehousing and inventory strategies, including the fulfillment and improvement of key financial figures
- You will also support the national companies in guaranteeing the best possible ability to deliver to our customers.
- You carry out cross-functional optimization initiatives together with our worldwide locations
- You are responsible for the management of ongoing digitization projects and continuously develop inventory and purchasing reportings
- You are also a key stakeholder in digitization initiatives in terms of demand forecasting and planning

**Profil**:

- You have a degree in the field of business administration or industrial engineering and several years of professional experience in a similar task environment in a global function, ideally in the aerospace or automotive industry
- In addition to your distinctive understanding of operating and planning processes as well as financial indicators, you have very good analytical skills and a high level of IT affinity (ideally for MS Dynamics and PowerBi)
- You are familiar with distribution networks and optimal replenishment strategies, have a good understanding of the implications of inventory values and purchasing processes for cash flow and inventory-oriented financial indicators
- You are characterized by good leadership qualities, negotiation skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented way of working
- You enjoy working across functional areas in a team in order to achieve challenging goals together
- You are fluent in spoken and written English, German language skills are a plus
