**Your future plans**
To support and continuously improve the processes and systems used by the Controlling community across the RWE Group, we are setting up a new Controlling Processes & Operations team. Therein, as Head of Strategy & Projects you and your team will define our digital agenda, execute governance and manage a project portfolio in close partnership with the Controlling departments across the entire RWE Group.
We are looking for a committed and inspirational team leader:

- Your key responsibility is to manage the group-wide agenda and priorities of Controlling in order to establish standards and best practices as well as to enforce the governance for (end to end) processes and systems
- Across our businesses you will identify, collect and prioritize business-specific requirements
- You will lead a portfolio of improvement projects to address controllers’ requirements and continuously improve our processes
- As Head of Strategy & Projects, you and your team will provide hands-on project management support and allocate resources for the delivery of projects and initiatives
- You develop and lead a team of Product Owners who consult and serve the Controllers across the RWE Group as single point of contact
- You establish and proactively maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

**Your powerful skills**
- University degree in business administration or related studies
- Excellent leadership skills and experiences (approx. 3-5 years in team lead position), ability to lead teams through change processes and to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindest, interest to explore innovation, ability to develop a vision of how controlling can be made better
- Extensive experience in project management, ideally in transformation projects in finance
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of controlling or other financial functions
- Ability to convince, motivate and enable others, a talent to organize and to work independently
- Ability to communicate with decision makers on all levels of the organisation and to manage stakeholders across various disciplines
- Open minded, a good sense of humor and eagerness to learn and share your knowledge with your colleagues and your team
- Fluency in English as well as professional skills with MS Office products
