We offer remote working as part of flexible ways, for this position we offer fully remote but preferably located in EU, Germany, Sweden or Poland where we have our production studios.

**Requirements**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to head the Broadcast Development department and drive both the evolution and innovation of EFG broadcasts.

From custom user interfaces to stage integrations that create unique experiences for event attendees, all the way to data systems for Augmented Reality sets and broadcast tools that guarantee the smooth interconnectivity between multiple brands of broadcast gear, nothing is off-limits or impossible.

**What you'll do**
- Oversee the Broadcast Graphics and Development teams and ensure they are functioning efficiently
- Drive innovation across EFG Broadcasts, from both visual and technological perspectives
- Work closely with stakeholders, both external and within EFG, in order to provide dependable and innovative solutions to internal or external needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure delivery of outsourced development projects
- Manage and develop the Broadcast Development team, providing both direction and mentoring
- Collaborate with the other departments to ensure the proper integration of data and tools that will increase the broadcast quality
- Develop and implement workflows to ensure consistency and quality in all EFG broadcasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology, as well as competitor improvements

**What you need**

Must have
- Proven strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams
- Proven experience with NodeJS oriented tech stacks (React, Vue, Fastify, Express, MongoDB)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to constantly shifting priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with project and task management tools (Jira / Trello)

Good to have experience with
- Virtual productions and / or 3D asset creation pipelines
- Networking concepts and media communication protocols (MIDI and OSC in particular)
- Broadcast equipment and tools (Companion, BlackMagic)
