- Contributing to implementation of Finance Permanent Control Framework
- Reviewing and challenging the correct deployment of controls and test effective performance of controls
- Taking an active role in remediation of finance control inefficiencies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Investigating and resolve the issues detected during accounting controls with contribution from 1st level control owners and other relevant stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks linked to accounting permanent controls
- Monitoring closure of recommendations issued by Internal Audit and Regulators
- Contributing to identifying operational process improvements in production, control procedures, and processes workflow to increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
- Updating periodically the procedures governing the Finance Permanent Control activity
- Contributing to the ongoing projects with impact on FPC activity
Skills that convince:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics
- Several years of experiences in Finance Permanent Control or Financial Accounting and Reporting in Banking/Finance industry
- Profound finance and accounting knowledge
- Ability to work with precision by paying attention to details
- Ability to adapt processes within the scope of action
- Meticulous and organized working structure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills German and English
