**Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany**

**The Role**:

- The position requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, finance and accounting knowledge, and professionalism. The position will report to Development Manager with a day-to-day interface with other team members.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Operating Expenses daily management.
- a. Prepare payments of office and travelling expenses and Prepare monthly accruals.
- b. Receivable/Payable ledger management.
- c. Cost accumulation.
- d. Cost monitoring and control.
- Assist in Tax matters.
- a. Prepare VAT and Withholding Tax monthly preregistration.
- b. Income tax accrues.
- c. Ccooperate with the tax consultant, tax authorities, etc.
- Accounting treatment.
- a. Prepare and input manual vouchers.
- b. File business documents.
- Conduct inferior assets / fixed assets / intangible assets management.
- Financial Report.
- a. Role B for local statistic and regulatory reports.
- b. Assist the department manager to prepare financial reports and analyses to the Head Office.
- Other relevant duties arranged by the department manager

**Qualifications and knowledge**:

- Minimum with 2-year bank working experiences in Finance and Controlling.
- A stable personality and high sense of responsibility to adapt to deskwork.
- Willing to learn and observe the relevant finance and accounting system.
- Sound language skills (English, German, Chinese).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
