**Deputy Head of Finance & Accounting(m/w/d)**

Für unseren Mandanten, die Tochtergesellschaft eines weltweit renommierten Finanzinstituts (Fortune Global 500 Unternehmen) in Frankfurt, suchen wir einen Deputy Head of Finance & Accounting (Vollzeitstelle).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Stellvertretende Leitung und operative Steuerung der Abteilung Rechnungswesen und gemeinsam mit dem Head of Department die Führung von derzeit drei Mitarbeiter/innen
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen für eine effiziente und zielgerichtete Banksteuerung inklusive Meldewesen und Steuern
- Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse für das interne und externe Berichtswesen
- Zuständigkeit für das statistische und regulatorische Meldewesen; Implementierung neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen sowie Analyse der entsprechenden Kennzahlen
- Bereitstellung von Unterlagen zur Vorbereitung der Steuererklärungen gemeinsam mit externen Steuerberatern, Pflege der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation sowie steuerliche Koordination weiterer bankrelevanter Fragestellungen
- Verantwortlich für Berichtswesen und Kostencontrolling, Budgetplanung sowie Liquiditätskostenverrechnung
- Permanente Weiterentwicklung des Rechnungswesens/IKS sowie Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Fachliche Verantwortung und Sicherstellung des operativen Geschäftsbetriebs des Rechnungswesens sowie Erfüllung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (Compliance)
- Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung und für interne & externe Prüfer, Steuerberater etc.

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Banken bzw. Rechnungswesen; idealerweise erste Führungsaufgaben
- Mehrjährige Tätigkeit in einer vergleichbaren, breit aufgestellten Position im Rechnungswesen einer Bank
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in BAIS und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Vorschriften des regulatorischen Meldewesens und des Steuerrechts
- Fließende Deutsch
- bzw. Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgesprochene Kommunikations
- und Kontaktfähigkeit
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und interkulturelles Verständnis
