Our Team Retail BeNeLux Collections is looking for a new part-time team member.

Your tasks will be:
Responsible for retail areas
- Designate and optimize conversation strategies to identify and cope with different customer attitudes
- Continuously endeavor to improve your contact and persuasion strategies by giving and receiving peer-feedback and listening back to recorded telephone conversations
- Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in Brussels, Luxembourg and Utrecht on individual matters such as customer complaints, correction of invoices etc.
- Provide support to collections third parties based in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
- QualifikationenWhat you bring to the table:
- (Bank-) Commercial education, additional qualifications desirable
- Strong professional experience in customer services
- Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus
- Expert level in MS-Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
- Native speaker level in language Dutch
- Proficiency in English
