**Spreadly GmbH**: Spreadly ist ein Small-Tech-Unternehmen, welches sich auf digitale Visitenkarten für Unternehmen spezialisiert hat. Bisher haben wir uns stark auf die Produktentwicklung fokussiert und wollen nun auch gemeinsam mit dir unseren Außenauftritt und Kommunikation auf die nächste Stufe heben. - Du wirst direkt mit unserem Gründer zusammenarbeiten, kreative Kampagnen entwickeln und die zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau der Marke Spreadly spielen Marketing Executive (Werkstudent) Remote **Aufgabenbeschreibung**: - **Branding**: Bisher besteht unser "Branding" nur aus einem Logo und Farbcode. Du wirst unser Branding professional ausarbeiten und umsetzen. - **Pitches und One-Pager**: In unseren bisherigen Gesprächen verkaufen wir Spreadly anhand des Produkts und Live-Demos. Gerne würden wir auch hier unseren Kunden noch weitere Dokumente darüber hinaus an die Hand geben. - **Social Media**: Bisher haben wir unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) sehr stiefmütterlich betreut. Wir wollen unsere Kanäle wieder reaktivieren und deine Aufgabe wird die Betreuung der Accounts sein. - **Auswertung**: Trotz unserer kleinen Größe arbeiten wir zahlengetrieben. Gemeinsam mit dir werden wir unsere Kampagnen auswerten und weiter optimieren. **Erwartete Qualifikationen**: - **Design**: Du hast ein Gefühl für Design, Farb und Form, oder zumindest ein besseres als unser Gründer. - **Software**: Du findest dich in Figma und Photoshop zurecht und bist nicht mehr auf YouTube-Tutorials angewiesen. - **Erfahrung**: Du hast bereits deine erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich des digitalen Marketings, Social Media Management oder Branding. - **Motivation**: Du hast richtig Bock auf Marketing und Spreadly auf die nächste Stufe zu heben. - **Hands-On Mentalität**: Du bist ein Anpacker.
