With its comprehensive scientific and industry expertise, realworld one has developed a systematic approach to implementing VR and AR within the areas of sales and marketing, service and support, research and development, as well as manufacturing and production.

At present, the company employs around 250 people at its headquarters in Freiburg (Germany) and at other locations in Berlin (Germany), San Diego (USA), Austin (USA), Bangalore (India), and Guangzhou (China).

In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented

Senior People Operations Specialist (M/F/d)

Tasks
- Ensure a great working experience for both internal employees in Germany as well as freelancers across the globe
- Manage all day-to-day people operations topics (e.g. employee relations, contract management, on
- and offboarding, data administration)
- Take responsibility for our payroll and HR controlling & budgeting
- Own and maintain our HRIS Personio
- Act as a mentor within the People Operations and Office Management team and collaborate with our People & Culture Team in India
- Collaborate on various internal projects and get involved in daily office management & administration tasks when needed

**Requirements**:

- High level of empathy, kindness, and service-oriented focus to elevate the employee experience
- Deep knowledge of people operations processes
- Experience with the preparatory payroll and ideally prior knowledge of HR controlling
- Reliable and highly motivated person with a hands-on mentality and the desire to be part of an energetic and growing company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and complete fluency in both German and English
