With its comprehensive scientific and industry expertise, realworld one has developed a systematic approach to implementing VR and AR within the areas of sales and marketing, service and support, research and development, as well as manufacturing and production.
At present, the company employs around 300 people at its headquarters in Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany) and at other locations in Berlin (Germany), San Diego (USA), Austin (USA), Bangalore (India), and Guangzhou (China).
In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented
People Operations Associate (M/F/d)
Tasks
- Take responsibility for day-to-day people operations topics (e.g., contract management, on
- and offboarding, data administration, compensation, and payroll)
- Be a reliable and professional contact person for employees and external providers and ensure high-quality people operations support when needed
- Maintain our HR information system and assure that employee profiles are complete and updated
- Collaborate on various internal projects and get involved in daily office management and administration tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- High level of empathy, kindness, and service-oriented focus to elevate the employee experience
- Reliable and highly motivated person with a hands-on mentality and the desire to be part of an energetic and growing company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- First experience in HR or people operations
- Great communication skills and complete fluency in German and English
