We are a world leader in a high-tech niche sector with measuring instruments for thermal analysis and rheology. Our devices are used in laboratories and production facilities around the world to analyze any material from raw to finished products as part of research & development and quality assurance. They are employed for material characterization at the highest level for almost all materials, such as plastics, ceramics and metals - from pharmaceuticals tocomponents for aircraft construction.
- Creation and tracking of offers in coordination with the field sales team
- Handling of correspondence in English and German
- Maintenance and creation of new customer data in our CRM system
- Creation of queries and lists in the CRM system
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Appointment management, including travel preparation and follow-up
- Support in event organization and visitor management
**Qualifications**
- The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Professional experience in inside sales or order processing
- Very good MS Office skills; good knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and service orientation
**Additional Information**
The position will be filled on a temporary basis as a parental leave replacement.
