HR Policy Director

Vishay manufactures one of the world's largest portfolios of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components that are essential to innovative designs in the automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical markets. Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is looking for a HR-Manager (m/f/d).

These electronic components are used in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics, among others. Assuming disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the local HR team and challenging and promoting the individual development of employees
Working closely with HR senior management
Managing, ensuring, digitizing, and continuously optimizing HR processes and structures throughout the entire HR lifecycle
Moderating and resolving conflicts and clarifying labor law issues in close cooperation with HR specialists and external partners
Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and operational requirements, analyzing current case law, and deriving concrete recommendations for action
Collaborating on and taking on HR projects and handling special topics
Promoting a positive working environment
Implementing programs for employee and management development and employee retention, as well as initiatives to promote corporate culture and workforce productivity

Very good and sound knowledge of human resources, especially in the areas of labor law, HR processes, and several years of professional experience in human resources management, with initial management experience
Business fluent German and fluent English
