**Global HR Academy Coordinator (M/F/d)**

**Tasks**:

- Coordinating and administrating international learning activities and projects
- Ensuring appropriate documentation and evaluation of Academy initiatives
- Monitoring Academy key processes
- Developing and managing the annual Academy activity calendar to ensure all annual events and processes, and project-related activities are planned and executed successfully
- Attending international projects around system implementation and Academy process creation
- Attending specific system Workday configuration training to become an expert
- Operating in an international environment

**Requirements**:

- 2- 3 years working experience in HR and project management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for technology
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in working in a global environment and collaborating with different internal departments and external providers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German
