**Senior Director Global R&D Draloric/Beyschlag Division (M/F/d)**
**Your Tasks**:
- Build up long term product and technology roadmaps
- Alignment of divisional R&D activities
- Responsible for site R&D teams in terms of personnel management and administrative and legal obligation
- Cooperation with marketing & business development
- Prepare, establish & fulfil yearly fixed development and budget plan
- Transfer new products / materials / processes / technologies into operations
- Network with suppliers, research labs, universities and other Divisions
- Represent divisional R&D at corporate & external level
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in (electrical) engineering / science
- Know-How in product technology / manufacturing processes
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- International Leadership
- Proficient in spoken and written English and German
