**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the digital business development team to drive our digital solutions to commercial success on a global scale
- Enhance and support the development of our digital transformation and our digital solutions
- Build-up and run of a business intelligence framework for digital products and services
- Identify, collect and analyze appropriate data on customers, markets, competitors, economic or financial data and market trends by combining internal and external data sources
- Launch and sales of new digital products and services together with local sales teams
- Drive digital marketing activities/campaigns to grow customer satisfaction, conversion, cross
- and up-selling, activation and retention
**Qualifications**:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or mechanical engineering
- Experience in successfully developing digital products and services
- Familiar with the field of e-Commerce, digital customer portals as well as IIoT
- Extensive experience with market launch of new products and/or services
- Decent market understanding of the process industry and/or rotating equipment
- Proven success in leading an interdisciplinary team
- Analytic mind, ability to define, collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive strategies and actions
- Flexible, proactive, and independent when it comes to your way of working and confident in communicating with different hierarchical levels and cultures
- Fluent in German and English language
