You support our team as

Head of Digital Business Development (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the digital business development team to drive our digital solutions to commercial success on a global scale

Enhance and support the development of our digital transformation and our digital solutions

Build-up and run of a business intelligence framework for digital products and services

Identify, collect and analyze appropriate data on customers, markets, competitors, economic or financial data and market trends by combining internal and external data sources

Launch and sales of new digital products and services together with local sales teams

Drive digital marketing activities/campaigns to grow customer satisfaction, conversion, cross
- and up-selling, activation and retention

**Qualifications**:
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or mechanical engineering

Experience in successfully developing digital products and services

Familiar with the field of e-Commerce, digital customer portals as well as IIoT

Extensive experience with market launch of new products and/or services

Decent market understanding of the process industry and/or rotating equipment

Proven success in leading an interdisciplinary team

Analytic mind, ability to define, collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive strategies and actions

Flexible, proactive, and independent when it comes to your way of working and confident in communicating with different hierarchical levels and cultures

Fluent in German and English language
