We're aiming to make a name for ourselves in the tech sector, valuing modern technologies and agile software methodologies to help us deliver good software fast and frequently. **YOUR MISSION** - Build, lead and grow an amazing tech-team (engineers spread over Backend, Mobile, SRE, Data Science and QA) and the outlook to increase the number in the years to come. - Shape technological and company decisions, work on complex scalability problems. - Construct a world-class product for millions of highly retained and loyal users, where your decisions and the work of your team has an immediate effect. - Become one of the key leaders to shape Jodel’s path, growing the leading location-based communication service and one of Europe’s most interesting tech-companies. - You are passionate about social interactions online and Jodels mission and product to revolutionize local engagement. - You are business fluent in English and fluent in German. **YOUR PROFILE** - More than 2 years leading Engineering teams as a Tech Lead or Line Manager, and practical experience in managing people, career progression and evaluation.
