**About Radilink**

Join Radilink and play a key role in the stablecoin network. Our state-of-the-art API framework provides 24/7 infrastructure for global transactions with stablecoin-powered transfers that are fast, low-cost, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.

**About The Role**:
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to drive and execute the product vision and technology roadmap, responsible for leading the engineering team at Radilink.

You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Design and implement architecting of the Radilink platform.
- Oversee the security of the organization and product ecosystem broadly.
- Set and manage software development processes, from setting team cadences to growing high quality and velocity.
- Work closely with the Product team to foresee their needs on the platform/Infrastructure side and manage the team's capacity on the Platform.
- Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
- Act as a mentor to team members.
- Manage technology budgets and time frames.
- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:
- Worked at a FinTech startup and was exposed to scaling usage of horizontal products.
- 5+ Years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
- At least 2+ years experience in leadership of engineering teams.
- Experience hiring and building world-class distributed/remote engineering teams.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation to iteration.
- Strong academic background in computer science or related fields.
- Experience managing senior leaders and balancing competing organizational needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- **We'd Love If You Have**:
- Experience building within web3 / with blockchain technologies, understanding of financial markets, and stablecoin economics.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications.

**Interview Process**

From the first to the final stage, we do our best to keep the entire process under three weeks. Our interviews take place via Meet and typically consist of the following stages:

- Internal Recruiter Call (30 to 45 minutes)
- Technical Interview (60 minutes) Meet & Greet CEO (60 min)
