Unser Mandant ist ein führendes Industrieunternehmen mit rund 500 Mitarbeitern an seinem Standort in der Nähe von Offenburg. Das Werk ist Teil einer internationalen Gruppe und bekannt für höchste Qualitätsstandards, eine moderne Fertigung sowie innovative Produktlösungen. Das Unternehmen befindet sich aktuell in einer Phase der Transformation und setzt auf Digitalisierung, Effizienzsteigerung und kulturellen Wandel, um seine Marktposition weiter auszubauen.

**Page Executive**

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Personalarbeit am Standort mit ca. 500 Mitarbeitern
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des HR-Teams
  • Sparringspartner der Werkleitung sowie des internationalen HR-Managements
  • Steuerung aller HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycle, inkl. Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht und HR-Administration
  • Begleitung von Change-Management-Projekten und Unterstützung des kulturellen Wandels im Werk
  • Sicherstellung einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Mitwirkung an internationalen HR-Initiativen der Gruppe

**Page Executive**

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion innerhalb eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise als HR-Leiter oder HR Business Partner mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
  • und Beratungskompetenz auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Weitblick und Veränderungsfreude
