**About the Team**:
You will join Miro's growing Total Rewards team and partner with our People Operations and Communications team on aligning Mironeers to our suite of offerings. In addition, you will be a strategic partner and leader to People Managers across the company and collaborate with our global Finance and Operations teams.

As Miro's Head of Global Benefits, you will optimize and scale Miro's global total rewards and benefits programs. This role will bridge from benefits across all we offer to total rewards, unifying value and proposition for the company. This person will guide us towards benefits excellence, strategy, and reward alignment, while co-creating our philosophy and market positioning. You will manage open enrollment annually, vendor communication, and benefits messaging with managers.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage global programs, plans policies, and procedures related to benefits and Total Rewards in the US and Europe
- Managing the full oversight of plan design, strategies, communication, administration, and compliance for the health and wellness, retirement and time off policies
- Optimize spend, while analyzing our existing benefits to remain competitive in today's market
- Organize open enrollment annually
- Be the key point of contact for all vendor relationships
- Participate and lead communication with People Operations, People Business Partners, and Communications, and managers to expand the transparency level of our benefits management system

**What you'll need**:

- 10+ years of experience building and managing global benefits plans in hyper-growth environments
- Ability to collaborate with the entire People Team, Finance, Legal and leaders throughout the business
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of the intersection of Finance and People Team
- Significant global vendor Management experience
- Familiarity with Workday would be great, but not necessary
