**Position: Head of Global Marketing**

We are looking for an experienced Head of Global Marketing to develop and execute a long-term marketing vision and strategy across Germany, the Netherlands, China, Hong Kong, the US, India and Bangladesh. The position is based in Berlin, Germany, and reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

**Your Impact**:

- As a key member of MODIFI’s senior management team, you own and develop a full-funnel marketing vision and strategy across all the main markets.
- You build, lead, mentor and coach a multi-cultural and geographically distributed team across marketing operations, content, SEA and more.
- You manage and lead the development of omni-channel marketing campaigns and activities.
- You forecast, monitor and achieve customer acquisition, conversion and pipeline goals.
- You consistently work to develop our brand and inform our Go-To-Market strategy through collaboration with Product & Design teams.
- You establish and own the marketing budget and relevant marketing KPIs.
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the impact of our marketing activities, e.g. with Sales and Business Intelligence

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, supply chain management or logistics.
- 3+ years of experience managing an international geographically distributed team
- Previous experience in owning and delivering global-scale marketing strategies and campaigns
- A growth mindset: able to operate with flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment
- A hard-working, hands-on natural-born leader: you lead by example and love building teams made up of top talent.
- An enthusiastic team player: a collaborative, low ego, down to earth individual
- A leader who demonstrates an ability to both roll up their sleeves when required but also think ‘bigger picture’
- A highly intelligent problem solver, curious and eager to learn
- Exceptional communication skills in English (other languages are a plus) and high EQ; able to develop strong relationships with external stakeholders.

- Strong interest in optimizing business processes
- Experience with tech-enabled financial services companies
