**Your Job**:
Responsibility for the global area of construction management (planning / preparation and realisation of PV projects, purchasing of construction-specific components and services, HSE responsibility at project level)
- You lead and motivate the Construction team to achieve ambitious growth & performance targets
- You managing the global construction preparation, construction execution team and construction HSSE including cross-functional coordination and performance management
- You develop, structure and grow the construction organization globally which includes hiring and allocation of resources
- _ Overall responsibility on global construction preparation and execution activities, construction quality assurance and construction HSSE_
- Management of current partnerships, expand and representing ib vogt’s construction unit internally & externally
- You ensuring that our best-in-class EPC practices are followed and contribute to its continual improvement process
- You establishing, advancing and maintaining, construction related processes and tools
- You manage construction strategic costs and timelines evaluation and improvement
- You participate in companywide processes development, strategic planning and making decisions from construction point of view
- Responsible for entering and establishing new markets and decentralisation, coordinating with other department heads
- Point of escalation for major construction issues
- Risk management, troubleshooting and problem-solving

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in the management of a 'GW-scale international PV utility
- All-rounder, Experience in managing teams consisting of international and regional/local staff with a good network and a high technical understanding of the industry
- Familiar with the EPC processes of investment projects
- Contract negotiation and management experience
- Ability to oversee and prioritize the management of several projects in different stages and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, intercultural, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
- Being fluent in English, and German would be advantageous
- Based out of HQ Berlin with the willingness to travel internationally
