- Pflege der Warenwirtschaft & Kassensysteme
- Kalkulationen von Speisen & Getränken
- Pflege & Optimierung der Speise
- & Getränkekarten
- Erstellung von Rezeptkarten, Allergen
- &
Zusatzstoffkennzeichnung
- Sortimentsarbeit
- Vorbereitung & Teilnahme an Lieferantengesprächen & -verhandlungen
- Erstellung von Reportings & adhoc Analysen (z.B. Renner/ Penner)
- Vorbereitung, Durchführungsunterstützung & Auswertung von Inventuren
- Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Prozesse & Systemvorgaben
- Projektarbeit
- Mysterychecks am Point of Sale
- Ansprechpartner(in) der Betriebe

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie & Erfahrung im F&B Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse in Tabellenkalkulationen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Themen & modernen Arbeitsmethoden
- Zuverlässigkeit & Belastbarkeit
- Strukturierte & eigenständige Arbeitsweise
