**Administrative Coordinator Clinical Operations (gn)**

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. andere adäquate Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Sachbearbeitung oder Assistenz, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen, bevorzugt im Pharmasektor
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP und Budgetverwaltung von Vorteil
- Teamorientierung, verbunden mit der Freude am gemeinsamen Erfolg und der effektiven Zusammenarbeit in diversen Arbeitsgruppen
- kommunikative Fähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und aktiv zuzuhören
- Hohe Eigenmotivation mit der Fähigkeit, eigenständige Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und Verantwortung für das eigene Handeln zu übernehmen

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erledigung anfallender Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch, Postbearbeitung, Ablage, Terminverwaltung und -überwachung sowie Übernahme von Archivierungsaufgaben.
- Organisation von und Teilnahme an Besprechungen einschließlich der Erstellung von Protokollen
- Koordination, Planung und Organisation in
- und externer Termine/Tagungen/Veranstaltungen
- Organisation und Koordination von Reiseaktivitäten für Team-Mitglieder einschließlich Erstellung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Budgetverwaltung, Erstellung von Aufträgen (Purchase Orders) sowie Planung und Überwachung von Zahlungen im Rahmen des Budgets
- Abwicklung des Bestellwesens und der Rechnungsabwicklung
- Unterstützung des Informationsaustausches zwischen internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern
- Übernahme von projektspezifischen Aufgaben nach Bedarf
