**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities

CRC A:

- The day-to-day organization, coordination, and implementation of NIH and industry-funded grants (A/B)
- Pre-screening patients, explaining the trial to patients and their families (A/B)
- Consenting to patients if appropriate, and confirming eligibility in conjunction with Investigators (A/B)
- Abstracting data from electronic health records, inputting data into electronic CRFs in dedicated electronic data capture (EDC) systems and/or study databases (A/B)
- Organizing, maintaining, and assuring the accuracy of all study documentation including qualification materials/certifications (A/B)
- Monitor PARC-provided phone and pager. (A/B)
- Prepare study documents, including protocols, operational manuals consent forms, recruitment material, and data collection forms (A/B)
- Aiding with various administrative tasks (A/B)
- Coordinating regulatory paperwork (A/B)

CRC B:

- Collection of study data per protocol (B)
- Comply with Institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines (B)
- Document, record, and report Adverse advents (B)

Looking for a Coordinator who has:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (A/B)
- Excellent time management skills (A/B)
- The ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. (A/B)
- Experience calling study participants (A/B)
- Experience with mental health research projects (A/B)
- Experience monitoring a text message platform (A/B)
- Experience screening in Epic, PennChart (A/B)
