In short**:We bring MOIA's pioneering products to life — reliable, global, and ready to scale.** You will manage the **A**D Academy and B2B support** teams that sit at the heart of this mission - designing and delivering industry-leading training programs and knowledge resources that support our customers' operational readiness. **What you will do**: - Lead the development and execution of our global training and support strategy for B2B customers, ensuring readiness across operations, safety, and technical domains. - Manage a cross-functional team of training specialists, technical documentation experts, and customer support leads. - Design, deliver, and evolve comprehensive training programs for both internal stakeholders and customers (e.g. fleet operators, mobility providers, safety drivers). - Own the lifecycle of training content: from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery, evaluation, and iteration. - Oversee support channels and escalation frameworks, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. - Develop KPIs and feedback mechanisms to track learning effectiveness, operator proficiency, and support responsiveness. - Collaborate with Product Development to design processes ensuring trainings meet the current state-of-the-art product. - Work with vendor partners to scale training and support offerings across multiple geographies and languages. - Drive compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards in all training and knowledge documentation. **What will help you to fulfill your role**: - Proven experience in leading training or customer enablement functions, ideally within a high-tech, transportation, or safety-critical environment. - Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and the operationalization of complex technical content. - Demonstrated ability to scale training and support operations in a B2B context, with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. - Excellent team leadership and people development skills, with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset. - Experience managing third-party vendors, including training delivery partners and support service providers. - Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS), knowledge base platforms, and training analytics tools. - Deep understanding of support workflows, escalation management, and service level tracking. - A passion for technology, mobility, and shaping the future of how people and goods move. - Proficiency in English is required; German and other languages are a plus. **Our benefits in a nutshell**: - Competitive salary (including bonus) - Hybrid work setup: Work from home or one of our offices - you and your team decide how often to meet, blending flexibility with collaboration - Flexible working hours and the possibility of flexible work arrangements depending on your needs (parenting, care work, volunteering, etc.) - Budget and monthly expense allowance for home office setup - Possibility of remote work from outside Germany for up to 6 weeks per year from over 35 countries - learn more in our blog - Public transport ticket (fully subsidized "Deutschlandticket") for commuting and travelling throughout Germany and discount on MOIA rides - Subsidized fitness club membership or bike leasing - Learning environment with continuous learning days, job rotation, trainings and workshops, coaching, conferences, books, and language classes - Mental health support, 1:1 sessions with external professionals and mental unload workshops - 30 vacation days, sabbatical and unpaid leave option - Relocation support with service provider (visa, administration, etc.) - Dog-friendly offices For student & internship positions, we have an adjusted set of benefits.
