Managing Director

As Managing Director for justtrack you lead and run the company. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our product and defining the strategy of entering the market to become a major player in the mobile marketing automation market. Next to that you will lead & manage the commercial, operational & marketing teams within justtrack. Depending on the growth of this company you will hire and build up a team of 100 colleagues, that are potentially based in different regions. With justtrack you find a fully working software built by 20 great colleagues working in tech and is used already by other ventures inside the applike group. Tasks

**What you will do**:

- Leading the business and product vision of justtrack and defining long-term objectives
- Build up the Sales department, Account Management, Support Teams, PR & Marketing Department
- Collaborate with product directors and define their roadmap
- Build a fully modeled x-year business plan to include objectives & key milestones, commercial targets, and fully modeled P&L
- Communicate our product vision to the public
- Work closely with the co-founders of the Applike Group
- Be the main stakeholder to other Applike Group companies that us justtrack as “internal customers”

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- Successful track record as Business Development Director, Country Manager, C-Level or similar position in a SaaS-business
- Plus: proven P&L success
- Hands-on sales experience Plus: Worked for Mobile Ad-tech companies
- Data-driven minded, passionate about technology, and understanding how corporations are using tech to outcompete their competition
- You speak “product” as you speak “business”
- Understanding of Programmatic Advertising, Analytics & MMPs, Mobile App Products
- Plus: Network in mobile gaming industry (game publishers, ad-tech players) Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator, exceptional presentation skills, influencer, and negotiator who excels when pitching to complex buying centers consisting of senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English (speaking/writing)
