Strategic Customer Account Executive

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Mapp Digital is looking to hire an experienced, high-performing Strategic Customer Account Executive to join our team. You should have proven sales experience, a strong understanding of marketers challenges and martech platforms especially with regard to Marketing Cloud, CDP, DMP, Mobile Push, and Web Analytics.
The successful Strategic Customer Account Executive will have strong presentation and communication skills, with negotiating experience. You should have a good understanding of marketing trends, be comfortable networking and challenging customers to improve their marketing exploring new tactics, inspire them showing the value mixing analytical and creative approach.
- Works in tandem with the Customer Success Manager to identify potential opportunities to sell new Mapp product lines & channels into the existing Mapp accounts
- Works together with PreSales and Account Executives to design the strategy to engage customers, show the value of new use cases and get them to commit and finally contracting
- Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
- Keeps informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of Sales Training and self-study
- Regularly briefs management on opportunity status
- Keeps records and generates reports on all phases tracking activities in Salesforce CRM
- Pipeline management through all the funnel, with accurate time, success and value forecasting
- Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle
**THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- 3+ years Digital marketing or CRM Industry expertise, preferably selling or consulting about SaaS solutions Creative, proactive and charismatic attitude
- The ability to effectively assess customers business needs and business drivers, then match them with our solutions and services
- Highly effective presentation and communication skills, including an energetic, enthusiastic and compelling sales presence
