In the customer service department of Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You provide excellent customer support. You are a strong communicator and solution-oriented. As a Customer Support Specialist, your goal is to advise and support our demanding customers in the 3-stage sales process. If you can find the right answer to every question and always act confidently even in hectic situations, this is your chance. You will report to the Customer Support Manager - Service Center.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Regular telephone and written communication with customers during defined service hours
- Carrying out the commercial activities involved in customer service
- Providing delivery information, coordinating with specialist departments in the case of departments and clarify the situation
- Receipt and processing of complaints and claims and related corrective actions
- Recording and documenting all relevant documents and communication
- Conducting solution-oriented customer discussions
- Providing product advice on functions and operation and checking desired products for suitability and possible use
- Maintaining, developing and cultivating customer contacts

**Your background**:

- Successfully completed training in the commercial sector, preferably as an industrial clerk
- Initial experience in customer service is an advantage
- Technical affinity and understanding are desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken German. Knowledge of English would be an advantage
