We are currently seeking an experienced **Cargo Station Operation Specialist **to join our team in Germany. As **Cargo Station Operation Specialist** you will be responsible for cooperation with local airports, need to maintain good communication and cooperation with cargo terminals, airlines and customs clearance companies. In particular, supervise and optimize the operation and timeliness of the cargo station after the flight has landed. It is also necessary to maintain real-time communication and on-site feedback with the entire team.

**Key Duties**
- Maintain daily communication with various cargo stations in Europe, and solve abnormal situations and problems in a timely manner;
- Promote system data connection with service providers. Analyze data and identify problems;
- Monitor supplier timeliness, quickly identify problems and propose optimization plans:

- Maintain friendly communication and collaboration with upstream airlines and downstream customs clearance suppliers;
- Can propose optimization plans for the operation timeliness of European countries and be responsible for the timeliness performance;
- For abnormal goods, the cause of the problem can be accurately located and solved in time;
- Real-time understanding and analysis of customs affairs and changes at various ports in Europe, providing real-time information for company decision-making;
- Able to cooperate well with this team and other teams.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- More than three years experience in air cargo industry. Understand the operation process and details of air transportation;
- Have experience in training in the air transport industry. (eg, Custom inspections/Customs documentation training, AWB preparation training, SITA telex traffic training,Load service training, Dangerous Goods training, etc.);
- Have good communication and coordination skills. Ability to indicate the problem from many links and provide a reasonable solution;
- Results oriented and good at teamwork. Ability to navigate cross-cultural teamwork;
- Serious, meticulous and responsible;
- Proficiency in English as a working language, a second language is strongly recommended (eg, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.);
- Have a driver's license from an EU country and can travel frequently.
