Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Darmstadt, with the opportunity to work remotely part-time. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficient skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding support solutions
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Empathy, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience in using CRM tools and handling customer relationship data
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
